It works on your machine. It is failing for your users.

Production bugs are expensive because the team burns days reproducing instead of diagnosing. I work from the evidence you already have — crash reports, logs, the failing build — and tell you where the fault actually is.

Diagnosis

US$149

Delivery target

24–48 hours

Optional implementation

US$499+

Want the fix implemented? Implementation starts at US$499 and is quoted against the diagnosis.

What you get

  • The probable root cause, with the evidence that points to it.
  • What to verify first if the evidence is not conclusive.
  • A correction plan in priority order, separating the stop-the-bleeding fix from the real fix.
  • Risk notes: what could regress, and what to watch after shipping.

Who this is for

Teams with a shipped iOS or React Native app failing in production.

What this covers

  • Crashes and startup failures
  • Regressions introduced by a release
  • Login, session and token-refresh failures
  • Push notifications not arriving or not routing
  • Purchases, subscriptions and restore flows
  • Networking and API integration failures
  • iOS and React Native errors visible only in production

What I need from you to start

  • Crash reports, stack traces or logs — Xcode Organizer, Crashlytics, Sentry, whatever you use.
  • Reproduction steps if you have them, plus affected OS and device versions.
  • The affected build number and what shipped in it.
  • Read access to the relevant repository, if the diagnosis needs to reach the code.

Scope and limits

  • The diagnosis depends on receiving sufficient evidence. Without crash reports, logs or a reproduction, I can narrow the search but not conclude — and I will say so rather than guess.
  • A broader fix or refactor is quoted separately.
  • I do not take incident-response retainers through this page.

How it works

From blocked to a decision you can act on

No discovery calls to sell you a retainer. You send evidence, you get a written answer.

  1. 01

    You send the evidence

The rejection message, the crash report, the failing build — whatever you already have. No forms, no lead-nurturing sequence.

  2. 02

I diagnose within the stated window

I work from your artefacts and, when access is granted, your code and App Store Connect record. The window starts when the evidence is complete.

  3. 03

    You get a written plan

Probable cause, the correction plan in priority order, and — for App Review cases — a drafted reply you can send as-is or edit.

  4. 04

Implementation only if you want it

If you want me to make the changes, that is quoted separately against the plan you already have. Never a surprise on the invoice.
